Deleting Your FamEase Account

You can request removal of your FamEase mobile app account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.

What Account Deletion Means

After verification, FamEase will delete or anonymize account information that is no longer required for active services, legal obligations, fraud prevention, audit, dispute handling, security, or compliance.

Before You Request Deletion

• Complete or close any active documentation service request where possible.
• Download or save any information you may need later.
• Use the registered email address or phone number so we can verify the request.

Information That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, financial, operational, authority, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons. This may include service history, payment records, consent records, communication logs, and documents already submitted to third parties.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@famease.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your registered email, registered phone number, full name, and any active case reference.
